Welcome to Business Diary Directory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sea-directory.org and the associated forum at masterindex.sea-directory.org (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Business Diary Directory is a free online business directory. We provide an online platform where local businesses in the Pattaya and Chonburi region can create listings, share updates, post photos, and connect with customers. We are not an agency or middleman. We do not employ, endorse, or verify any business listed on the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
4. Business Listings
When you create a listing, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to represent the business
- The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
- The business is a legitimate, operating business in the Pattaya or Chonburi area
- You will keep your listing information up to date
We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing that violates these Terms or is reported as inaccurate.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you post (text, photos, updates). By posting content on the Site, you grant Business Diary Directory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site and in connection with the directory service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another person or business
- Post spam, duplicate listings, or irrelevant content
- Use the Site for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without permission
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
7. Intellectual Property
The Site design, logo, code, and original content are owned by Business Diary Directory. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Site without written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
Listings may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.
9. Limitation of Liability
Business Diary Directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We do not verify or endorse any business listed on the platform. Any transaction or interaction between you and a listed business is solely between you and that business.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chonburi Province.
